Adolescent (11+) and Adult Therapy and Counseling

A Note From Dayna

Welcome to my practice, providing psychotherapy for adolescents and adults.Therapy works best when you feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported. My goal is to offer a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you can speak openly and receive care tailored to your specific goals and needs. My work is rooted in a strengths-based, holistic approach that honors the mind–body connection. Because every client’s needs are unique, I draw from a variety of evidence-based methods tailored to your specific goals. Together, we will explore personal challenges, deepen self-awareness, and develop practical strategies to build resilience, foster healthy social connections, and navigate life’s transitions with greater ease. When helpful, I also collaborate with families, caregivers, and care teams to ensure well-rounded, thoughtful support.Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals and families across a wide range of ages, life stages, and presenting concerns. This broad clinical foundation allows me to meet you—or your loved one—wherever you are, providing an empathetic space tailored to your unique path forward.
